Where do you deliver to/accept orders from?
We will accept orders from, and deliver to, any address in Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and their immediate surrounding areas. We will consider delivering to addresses in South Dorset, Mid Dorset, the New Forest and some areas in those vacinities, such as Dorchester and Blandford; please contact us to find out more.
We are currently a small, local, new business and for various, primarily logistical reasons we do not accept orders from areas that we do not deliver to.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for all customers within the areas we operate.
What payment options do you provide?
At the moment we can only take payment by bank transfer, PayPal transfer, or by card or PayPal via PayPal invoicing. We are hoping to expand this list of options soon.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
We are a new business and are not yet VAT registered, so unfortunately we are unable to provide a VAT receipt.
How long will it take to receive my computer?
We aim to deliver within 7 days of an order being received, though we advise you allow up to 14 days. We will inform you at the time of ordering if we have reason to believe it will take longer than that.
We are a small business, however, and disruptions to our supply chain or other issues can greatly affect our ability to deliver an order on time, and we can offer no absolute guarentee as to the time of delivery. Should it become clear that a delivery will take significantly longer than this time period, we will contact you to explain the situation including any likely delivery date and your right of cancellation and refund.
